Google API Services User Data Policy

Outreach Console's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What Google Data We Access

When you connect your Gmail account to Outreach Console, we request the following permissions:

Send emails (gmail.send): Required to send email campaigns and sequences on your behalf through your Gmail account.
Read emails (gmail.readonly): Required to sync replies to your outreach campaigns into your unified inbox, enabling you to track conversations and respond to prospects.
Email address (userinfo.email): Required to identify your account and display which email is connected.
Profile information (userinfo.profile): Required to display your name in the application interface.

How We Use Google Data

Sending Emails: We use your Gmail account only to send emails that you explicitly create and schedule through our platform.
Reading Replies: We read and sync emails that are replies to messages sent through Outreach Console. We do not access unrelated emails.
Storing Tokens: We securely store OAuth refresh tokens to maintain your Gmail connection. Tokens are encrypted at rest.

What We Do NOT Do With Google Data

We do NOT share your Google user data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., our secure hosting provider)
We do NOT use your Google user data for advertising purposes
We do NOT sell your Google user data to anyone
We do NOT use your Google user data for any purpose other than providing and improving Outreach Console
We do NOT allow humans to read your email content unless explicitly authorized by you for support purposes, required for security investigation, or required by law

Revoking Access

You can revoke Outreach Console's access to your Google account at any time by:

Disconnecting your email account from Settings → Email Accounts in Outreach Console
Visiting Google Account Permissions and removing Outreach Console

Upon revocation, we will delete your stored OAuth tokens within 24 hours.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, password, and company information when you register.
Contact Data: Information about your contacts that you upload or import into the platform.
